Graziano Sausage Penne Bake – Savory sausage baked with marinara, mozzarella, and herbs.
Glazed Brown Sugar Ham – Slow-roasted and finished with a sweet brown sugar glaze.

Booking & Payment
To reserve your event or private chef experience, a 50% non-refundable retainer is required at the time of booking.
This retainer secures your event date and allows us to begin preparations for your menu and setup.
The remaining 50% balance is due no later than 30 days before your event date.
For events booked within 30 days, full payment is due upon booking.
We accept all major forms of payment, excluding checks.
Payment plans are available upon request for qualifying events.

Experience the craftsmanship of Chef Chip with a private tasting designed to showcase his signature style and the quality of our ingredients.
Each tasting is chef-curated, allowing you to enjoy a selection of seasonal dishes that reflect our culinary approach, presentation, and East Coast–inspired flavors.
Tasting Fee: $100 (includes a full course for two guests)
Additional guests may be added for $25 per person.
