  • Slow-Smoked Pulled Pork – East Coast BBQ style with our signature sweet and smoky sauce.

  • Creamy Chicken Alfredo Pasta – Hand-tossed penne in rich, house-made Alfredo.

  • Graziano Sausage Penne Bake – Savory sausage baked with marinara, mozzarella, and herbs.

  • Glazed Brown Sugar Ham – Slow-roasted and finished with a sweet brown sugar glaze.

  • Chicken Parmesan – Lightly breaded chicken breast topped with marinara and mozzarella, served with penne pasta.

Premium Tier – $20 per plate

  • Slow-Roasted Beef with Au Jus – Tender East Coast–style roast, sliced to perfection.

  • Smoked Brisket – Hickory-smoked and seasoned to perfection.

  • Chicken Cordon Bleu – Hand-stuffed chicken breast with ham and Swiss, topped with a light cream sauce.

  • Stuffed Chicken Supreme – Spinach and provolone filling with a white wine supreme sauce.

  • Chicken Francese – A New Jersey classic, lightly floured and sautéed in lemon, butter, and white wine.

  • Beef or Vegetable Lasagna – Layers of Italian cheeses, sauce, and fresh herbs.

Signature Tier – $24 per plate

  • Prime Rib (Carving Optional) – Slow-roasted, served with au jus and horseradish cream.

  • Herb-Crusted Pork Loin – Garlic and rosemary crust, finished with demi-glace.

  • Pork Francese – Tender pork cutlets lightly breaded and finished in a lemon-butter white wine sauce.

  • Ribeye Steak Tips – Pan-seared and finished with garlic butter.

  • Chicken Marsala or Champagne Cream – Sautéed chicken with mushrooms in Marsala wine or champagne cream reduction.

  • Shrimp Linguine Scampi – Succulent shrimp sautéed in garlic, butter, and white wine, served over linguine for a true East Coast favorite.

Booking & Payment

To reserve your event or private chef experience, a 50% non-refundable retainer is required at the time of booking.

This retainer secures your event date and allows us to begin preparations for your menu and setup.

The remaining 50% balance is due no later than 30 days before your event date.
For events booked within 30 days, full payment is due upon booking.

We accept all major forms of payment, excluding checks.
Payment plans are available upon request for qualifying events.

Tastings

Experience the craftsmanship of Chef Chip with a private tasting designed to showcase his signature style and the quality of our ingredients.
Each tasting is chef-curated, allowing you to enjoy a selection of seasonal dishes that reflect our culinary approach, presentation, and East Coast–inspired flavors.

Tasting Fee: $100 (includes a full course for two guests)
Additional guests may be added for $25 per person.
